What data we process

Only the data you send us through the contact form or by email: full name, company, email address, reason for contacting us and your message. This site uses no analytics tools and no profiling cookies.

Why we process it

To reply to your request and, if a business relationship follows, to manage the negotiations and contracts that result. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual measures) and the consent you give by ticking the box on the form.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows, and in any case within the limits set by law.

Who sees it

The Bee Genius staff who reply to you. Form data passes through our website host (Netlify) and our email provider, acting as data processors. Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent, by writing to stefano.muci@beegenius.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
